If your a fan of Star Wars and art, check out this show ( Art Strikes Back) presented By Art Asylum Boston starting november 6th & running for a month. There are over 30 artist involved, all putting their own spin on Star Wars.

I was able to sneek 4 pieces in and hang them up on the wall. The opening went well, there were lines out the door to get in and people packed like sardeens to feel the force. The venue was cool, it was an old gas station turned into a Gallery on the other side of Fenway Park where Yawkey Way meets 1301 Boylston.

Heavy Metal Magazine Fall 2009

On October 20 the fall 2009 issue of Heavy Metal Magazine hit the shelves. It’s filled with the Sci Fi horror madness you could only find in Heavy Metal.
Working on the story was no easy feat, took be the better part of a year cranking out pages on my free time of 2006 and into 2007. Call of the Loc Nar is what I came up with and it’s loosely based off the Loc Nar Theme from the first Heavy Metal Movie, combined with some other themes. Fly too high and get burned by the sun, Moth to a flame, Don’t open that door. and delivered while I was vacationing on the dark side of the moon.
